Will I get a dedicated tutor?

How will I be supported during my course?

If you’re enrolled in one of our Access to Higher Education Courses, you’ll have access to our team of qualified and experienced tutors throughout your studies. They will support you and grade your assignments.

For all other courses, you’ll be assigned a tutor when you enrol. While we aim to keep you with the same tutor throughout your course, there may be occasional changes to cover holidays, sickness, or to ensure your assignments are marked promptly.

You can contact your tutor via the Mail icon on our online learning platform, and they will respond to your queries within 3-5 days.
