The quickest way to get help with most enquiries is through our 24/7 live chat service. Our virtual advisor can guide you to the right information or point you in the right direction. During our standard opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll also be able to speak directly with one of our Customer Service Advisors.
You can start a chat at any time by logging into your learning platform or by selecting the chat button in the bottom-left corner of this page.
Tutor support for support on your course learning
To ensure your query gets to the correct team the fastest, please message through the mailing system in your learner portal. You can contact your tutors directly through the platform as well as Customer service and IT support. You can access the mailing system through the mail icon on the top menu bar. Click create, select the course and the relevant department and then the drop down that most suits your query. The ticket title is the subject line of your email.
