To contact the Customer service team, the fastest way to speak to us is via the live chat function. You can find this in your Learner platform or on the support page https://gethelp.learndirect.com/
An Existing learner?
To ensure your query gets to the correct team the fastest, please message through the mailing system in your learner portal. You can contact your tutors directly through the platform as well as Customer service and IT support. You can access the mailing system through the mail icon on the top menu bar. Click create, select the course and the relevant department and then the drop down that most suits your query. The ticket title is the subject line of your email.
