How will information about me be used?

When you first start your learning you will be registered on our systems.  Our learndirect Privacy Statement sets out what information we collect, when we collect it, what we use it for, and who we can give it to. You also have the option to be contacted by us for learndirect marketing purposes. 

The Skills Funding Agency (SFA) may also wish to contact learners like you for research purposes. At registration you are asked if you wish to be contacted by the SFA and if so, how (such as by post only). The SFA Privacy Notice gives details on how it uses your information.
