How long will it take to complete my course?

This is mainly dependent on you.  As a distance learning provider, the benefit is that you can work the course around your time and can spend as much time as you would like completing it.

The majority of our courses have a 2 year course completion time limit apart from our functional skills courses which have a 1 year limit on them.

Most of our courses can realistically be completed in around 6-12 months so you have plenty of time if life gets in the way and you need to take your time.

Our Access to Higher Education Diplomas are completed in an average of 9-12 months but this will be determined by your intended degree start date. If you wish to discuss your university start date and the time frames required to complete your Access course, please contact the Access Support Team at A2HEsupport@epearl.co.uk

On all courses except our Access courses, we use ILP's (Individual learning plans) which act as guidelines to keep you on track. You can set the timeframe you wish to complete your course so that you can work to that pace.

On our Access courses, the ILP is set and deadlines need to be met but you can discuss this with the Access team if you need more time. A2HEsupport@epearl.co.uk

If you run out of time and need an extension then you can request this from your Head of Faculty, check out our FAQ regarding this.  https://gethelp.learndirect.com/can-i-get-an-extension-on-my-course
