How do I access my course materials and support?

When you sign up for any of our courses, you’ll have round-the-clock access to all your course materials via our top-notch learning platform. This means you can study whenever and wherever suits you best, with all the resources you need right at your fingertips.

You’ll have a dedicated tutor to assist you with constructive feedback and support for any assignment queries. Our dedicated Customer Service team is also on hand for any non-course-related queries.

For Access to Higher Education learners, there are structured submission dates for your assignments visible on your platform, helping you plan your time effectively. If you think you might miss a deadline, it’s important to let your tutor know to avoid being capped at a pass.

For other courses, an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) will guide you through your assignments to ensure you complete your course within the timeframe. You can amend this ILP to suit your ambitions. Unless advised otherwise, these deadlines are a guide, and your grade will not be affected if a deadline is missed.
