How do I contact my tutor?

All tutors can be reached via the Mail icon within your online learning platform. 

The mailing system can be accessed by clicking on the mail icon on the top navigation bar.

In your inbox you will see your previous messages.  If it is a new enquiry we would recommend creating a new message to ensure the right options are selected,

Click compose

If you are studying more than one course then it is important to select which one the query relates to so that it is sent to the correct tutor.

Once you have read the FAQ's to make sure the answer to your question is not here then tick the yes box.

The option to then select Tutor Support / Course under "select department" will take you to the correct options.

Choose the most relevant drop down option in "How can we help you today?"

The ticket name is the subject of your email.

The ticket description is the question you would like to ask.

You can upload a file if related to your enquiry.

Then select send.  Your tutor will respond in 3 working days.

 

Customer service are unable to connect you to your tutor so the above is the quickest way for you to receive a response.
