Can I get a reprint/replacement of my certificate?

If you completed your course in 2018 and after then yes, you can. Please use our Contact Us page and the ‘I have a query regarding my certification’ drop down in order to discuss any chargeable fees for this. Payment for replacements can be made via telephone with a credit or debit card.

If you completed a course with learndirect prior to 2018 then we will not hold records of your qualification. To request a reprint/ replacement you will need to contact the awarding body directly who will be able to assist further.
