Can I change my course?

Can I swap to a different course if the one I’m enrolled in isn’t suitable?

If you feel that the course you have enrolled in isn’t suitable for you, we can explore the option of swapping to an alternative course. Course swaps are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as whether you have completed any part of the course, if your payments are up to date, and how long you have been enrolled.

If all criteria are met for a course swap, we will inform you if a course swap fee will be applicable.

If you are within the 14-day cancellation period, the balance of the course will be adjusted to match the cost of the new course.

If you are outside the 14-day cancellation period and choose a cheaper course, the original course cost will still be due, but we will apply a credit to your account for the difference. This credit can be used towards any other course in the future. If the new course is more expensive, we can arrange for the difference to be paid via a payment plan.

To request a course swap, please complete the form below and include the course you would like to swap (if you have more than one) and the full title of the new course from our website. Our Customer Service team will then advise if a course swap is possible and if any fees are applicable.
